Terms of Service

Effective: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using services provided by Aquilkappa CDN B.V. you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, network abuse, spam, or distribution of malware. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.

3. Service levels

Paid plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Credits are issued for qualifying outages as described in the SLA appendix.

4. Payment

Fees are billed monthly in arrears. Invoices are due within 14 days.

5. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
